Cubs

Cub Scouts are young people aged between 8 and 10½, who make up the second section of the Scouting family, between Beavers and Scouts. During their time in the Pack, Cub Scouts will get a chance to try lots of different activities like swimming, music, exploring, computing and collecting. There are a range of badges available which Cub Scouts can wear on their uniforms to show everyone how well they’re doing. Cub Scouts also enjoy trips and an annual regional camp.

The 1st Wychwoods Cubs meet every Tuesday evening from 6.50pm to 8.00pm. There are approximately 24 Cubs in the pack from the Wychwoods and surrounding villages. Each week we meet to play games and enjoy activities, usually to work towards one of the many badges available to Cubs. If you would like to know what some of our Cubs think, have a look at this video, otherwise click here to see some of things that we get up to each week.
